If for any reason your jewelry isn’t the perfect fit for you, you can return or exchange your purchase within 30 days. Our goal is to make returns as smooth as possible, so you can shop with peace of mind.

  • You have 30 days from the date your order is shipped or available for pickup to initiate a return or exchange.
  • Your item must be in its original, unworn condition with all packaging and accompanying materials.

Once your return is approved, we’ll handle everything, including free return shipping.

What Items Are Eligible for Return?

You can return or exchange:

  • Any unworn jewelry in its original condition within 30 days of shipment or pickup.
  • Items purchased within the U.S. and internationally.

However, certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom-designed jewelry.
  • Engraved pieces (we do offer engraving removal for a small fee).
  • Jewelry that has been resized or modified after purchase.
  • Items marked as final sale.

Initiating Your Return

Getting started is easy. Simply reach out to us in one of two ways:

  • By Phone: Call our customer service team at XXX-XXX-XXXX to begin your return or exchange process. We’ll issue a return authorization number and provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
  • Online: For purchases under $ XXX, log in to your Love Brilliance account to use our online return portal. From there, you can print a shipping label or access a FedEx Mobile QR code.

Simple and Secure Shipping

To make your return as worry-free as possible, we cover all shipping costs and insure your package. Just follow these steps:

  • Use the provided prepaid label and pack your jewelry securely as per instruction sent via email.
  • Drop off your package at a FedEx-staffed location and keep your receipt as proof of shipment.
  • Once your return is received and passes inspection, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
