At Love Brilliance, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. That’s why we offer a Free Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty on all Love Brilliance fine jewelry. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects to ensure your purchase remains as beautiful and functional as the day you received it.
What the Warranty Covers
Our Lifetime Warranty protects your jewelry from any defects in materials or craftsmanship. If you experience any issues due to manufacturing, such as loose stones, prong repairs, or clasp and setting issues, we encourage you to contact us for evaluation.
For customers in the US and Canada, we provide free return shipping labels to send your item to Love Brilliance for assessment. If you are outside of these regions, a $50 deposit will be required to cover shipping and evaluation by our expert jewelers. This deposit will be fully refunded if the damage is determined to be covered by the warranty. Additionally, we offer complimentary return shipping for all warrantied repairs.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
While our warranty covers manufacturing defects, it does not extend to issues caused by normal wear and tear, loss, or accidental damage. Specifically, the warranty does not cover:
- Loss or theft of the jewelry.
- Damage from everyday wear or trauma, such as prongs catching or bending, or the loss of gemstones.
- Discoloration of precious metals caused by exposure to chemicals, makeup, pools, or hot tubs.
- Any repairs or service performed by a jeweler other than Love Brilliance.
- Jewelry, especially rings, is exposed to everyday pressure and can experience wear over time. To maintain the beauty and integrity of your pieces, we recommend regular maintenance and professional inspection.
Filing a Warranty Claim
If you believe your jewelry has a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer service team. We will provide instructions on how to ship your item back to us for inspection. For customers outside of the US and Canada, the $50 deposit will be collected before shipment, which is refundable for covered repairs.
Once your jewelry has been evaluated, if the damage is found to be covered by the warranty, we will repair or replace the item free of charge. If the damage is not covered under the warranty, you will receive a quote for the repair. Should you approve the repair, the $50 deposit will be applied to the cost of the repair. If you choose not to proceed, the deposit will be used to cover return shipping costs.
Warranty Terms and Conditions
- All repairs or services performed by a jeweler other than Love Brilliance will void the warranty.
- We replace any damaged fine jewelry within 30 days of purchase. After the 30-day period, we will replace jewelry pieces valued under $1,000 that are found to have manufacturing defects.
- This warranty does not cover damage from everyday wear and tear or improper care.
